READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ACCESS OR USE TRADERS SUPPORT CLUB, TRADER COACHING ACADEMY OR ANY AFFILIATED SITES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”), ON WHICH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “AGREEMENT”) ARE POSTED. BY YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOU ARE OF THE LEGAL AGE REQUIRED TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT IN YOUR JURISDICTION IF THAT AGE IS GREATER THAN 18 AND YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Traders Support Club is a trading name of Trader Coaching Academy Ltd, and all website material and content are owned and operated by Trader Coaching Academy Ltd (Company Number: 06757579).   • Adhere to the terms of any refund or cancellation policies outlined during checkout or in our Refund Policy

Promotions, free trials, or discounted access may be offered from time to time and are subject to these same Terms. Unless cancelled during the trial, access may convert to a paid subscription automatically.

6. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellations

Traders Support Club offers various subscription-based services, including but not limited to:

  • Inner Circle Membership
  • One-to-One Coaching

All subscriptions grant immediate access to our digital content, strategies, recorded materials, and ongoing coaching sessions. By subscribing, you acknowledge that content is delivered instantly and digitally.

6.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and immediate access to member resources, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly or annual membership payments
  • Coaching programs
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Missed or unused access

We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including inactivity or partial usage.

6.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to content and services until that time.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your Traders Support Club account
  • Go to your Billing Settings
  • Click the More actions (⋯) menu next to your subscription
  • Select "Cancel"
  • Confirm your cancellation

If you encounter any issues while cancelling manually, please email our support team at support@traderssupportclub.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

6.4 Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer free trial periods for certain services. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership, and the applicable fee will be charged to your provided payment method.

6.5 Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Community Use & User-Generated Content

If you access our private community (hosted on Circle.so), blog, or associated social media platforms, you agree to use them responsibly and respectfully. The objective of these platforms is to foster constructive discussion, encourage knowledge sharing, and support one another through the trading journey.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any comments or posts that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is:

  • Defamatory or abusive
  • Hateful, harassing, or threatening
  • Racially or ethnically discriminatory
  • Embarrassing, distressing, or discomforting to other users

As such, Trader Coaching Academy Ltd and Traders Support Club reserve the right to monitor, edit, delete, or restrict access to any content or users where necessary. This includes banning access where user behaviour is considered to be damaging to the community, the company, its partners, or its reputation.

By posting in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and share your contributions within our platform. We will always seek your permission before sharing user-generated content publicly.

8. Age Restrictions

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. By using our website or joining our community, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We use third-party platforms, including but not limited to Circle. so, Leadpages, Google Analytics, and Stripe. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or performance.
